EDENHURST ASHLAR STYLE
Our natural stone collection includes many styles of locally quarried native stone.
This month we are highlighting Edenhurst natural stone veneer. It is from the same Ontario family as last month’s sister stone Essex County, but with a more balanced colour palette of buff, taupe, warm grey and soft tiger striping. The result is a soothing presence that is harmonious in any design aesthetic.
Edenhurst features an ashlar style cut, which means it is more or less cut true on all sides to allow for a tighter fit and minimal mortar joint. This has a tendency to present a more formal look while still maintaining the rustic appeal of stone. It is truly a timeless classic.
